S t u d e n t      C o u n c i l

  President: The president of student council should be a student who possesses experienced leadership skills, the ability to lead a large group, and   extreme organizational and time management skills. The president should also be personable, accommodating and willing to work with a variety of   students, teachers,   administrators and parents.

  Vice President: The vice-president of student council should be a student who possesses experienced leadership skills, and extreme organizational   and time management skills. The vice president should also be personable, accommodating and willing to work with a variety of students, teachers,   administrators and parents.

  Secretary: The secretary of student council should be a student who possesses exceptional note-taking and communication skills. The secretary will   be responsible for keeping minutes [including attendance] and sending out notices to members.

  Treasurer: The treasurer of student council should be a student who possesses exceptional math and accountant skills, and extreme organizational   and time-management abilities. The treasurer will be responsible for the financial activities of the council, including keeping accurate and daily records   of all money transactions.

  Student Council can meet any day of the week and your grade's President and Vice President can call a meeting up to every day of the week except   Sunday at the appropriate time. Student Council is expected to raise money for their grade's field trips as well. If your class doesn't raise money,   your class doesn't have a field trip that year.
